The album won Pitchfork's Best New Music for the third consecutive time since their debut! Julian Lynch joins the band as a new member! Real Estate, a popular rock band from New Jersey that continues to lead the US indie scene, releases their 4th album "In Mind", their first album in 3 years! The band debuted with their first album "Real Estate" in 2009, and their first tour in Japan in the fall of 2010 was a sold-out show in Tokyo, proving their popularity among early listeners in Japan. It was selected as "Best New Music. In 2002, they released their third album, "Atlas," and the lead single, "Talking Backwards," was awarded Best New Track and Best New Album by Pitchfork in the U.S. as well! In '15, the band made a return visit to Japan for a performance at Hostess Club Weekender. Julian Lynch joined the band.Finally, 17 years later, the band is set to release its fourth new album, "In Mind"! The album features melodic lead guitars, fresh vocals, and dreamy pop songs, and has grown into a rock sound for adults, such as Teenage Fanclub, but the "Real Estate" sound of the past has of course remained unchanged, and the album has been further perfected. The album has grown into an album with a more mature rock sound, such as that of the Teenage Fanclub. This is a very satisfying album that is sure to capture the hearts of fans!
